The Precision Structures Story
Precision Structures, Inc. was founded in Dandridge, TN, by Brandon Parrot with one goal in mind: to deliver reliable, high-quality restoration and excavation services with a neighborly approach.
What began as a small operation has grown into a trusted name across East Tennessee. We’ve built our reputation by showing up on time, doing things the right way, and treating every client with respect.
Our team proudly serves homeowners, businesses, and public agencies with the same care we’d offer our own families. We don’t just repair properties or prepare land; we help restore peace of mind.

Brandon Parrot | Owner/President
Starting in the trades at just 12 years old, Brandon discovered a lifelong passion for building and working with his hands. He takes pride in seeing a project come to life and the joy it brings to customers, often turning those relationships into lasting friendships.
Among his favorite tasks is excavation, where the focus and peace of shaping the earth bring him clarity and satisfaction. Known for developing quick solutions on the job, Brandon leads with both skill and creativity.
When Brandon isn’t working you can find him spending time with family off-roading or shooting. -
Alicia G. Burch | Marketing & Business Development
Alicia holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Tusculum College and is WRT certified. Growing up with a father in the restoration industry, she naturally found her path in this field early on.
Alicia enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and guiding customers through the restoration process from the initial damage to the rewarding finished results. Known for her outgoing personality and love of dresses, she brings energy and warmth to every interaction.
Alicia enjoys spending time with her family relaxing on the lake, reading, and watching football. -
Tanner Shackelford | Project Coordinator
Tanner holds a CDL Certification and first entered the restoration field through his background in driving. He discovered a passion for the work, especially projects like installing septic systems.
Tanner takes pride in meeting and often exceeding customer expectations. Known for his leadership, he is a reliable and trusted member of the team.
Tanner enjoys being outdoors, particularly anywhere where there is no cell phone signal. -
Steve Mohn | Project Manager
With many years of construction experience beginning at age 18, Steve followed in his father’s footsteps into the industry. He takes pride in delivering quality work and especially enjoys high-end finish projects such as cabinetry, crown molding, and staircase features that become the focal point of a home.
Known for being a skilled carpenter with extensive knowledge, Steve is proud of the craftsmanship and detail he brings to every project.
Steve enjoys drinking bourbon, playing golf, and spending time with family. -
James Dodson | Excavation Foreman
With a CDL Certification and over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, James brings deep knowledge and skill to his role.
Transitioning into excavation has given him the chance to learn something new each day, especially in areas like septic system installation. He takes pride in helping customers get one step closer to their future homes. Known for his attention to detail and love of working outdoors, James is a valuable leader on any project.
James enjoys being outside, especially when it comes to working. -
Caleb Seal | Executive Director of Excavation
WRT and First Aid certified, Caleb joined the company after being given an opportunity by longtime friend Brandon during the COVID period. With a strong commitment to safety and quality, Caleb takes pride in seeing each job completed successfully and knowing their work helps people rebuild and move forward.
Known as one of the most safety-conscious drivers on the team, Caleb brings reliability, precision, and care to every project.
Caleb enjoys being on his farm, as well as spending time with his wife and two children. -
Pennie Leach | Cleaning Technician Manager
With over 12 years of experience and a Fire Cleaning Certification, Pennie brings dedication and care to every project. Originally introduced to the company through Alicia, Pennie quickly found a passion for restoration work.
She especially enjoys pack-outs, as they offer variety beyond standard cleaning, and takes pride in helping customers put their lives back together after a loss. Known for her easygoing nature, Pennie adds personality and heart to the team.
When Pennie isn’t working, you can find her spending time with her family and getting into projects at home. -
Kenny Leonard | Lead Carpenter
With a family connection that led him to the restoration field, Kenny has built a reputation for skill and reliability. He especially enjoys trim work, taking pride in how it transforms a home once a project is complete.
What makes him most proud is turning a house that seemed beyond repair into a space that feels whole again. Known as the “fix-it man” and the team’s best carpenter, Kenny brings craftsmanship and care to every job.
Kenny loves spending time with his grandchildren.

I recently had Precision Structures, Inc. replace an aluminum roof vent that had been causing a leak, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. Steve, the Project Manager, was highly professional, ensuring the project was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Alicia was also incredibly helpful, assisting me with all the necessary paperwork for the insurance claims and the contract.

I had significant foundation issues in a 120 year old section of my home. This involved tearing up and replacing floors, replacing walls, digging a foundation, pouring concrete supports, replacing support beams, and floor joist, plumbing and electrical work. The work was done on time and on budget.
